Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Kizunami ("we", "us") is an app for chatting with AI companions and for remembering loved ones through their own words. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversations or loved-one details for advertising.

Service providers

AI-generated content

Companions and loved ones are simulated by AI. Replies can be inaccurate and do not represent the views of any real person. A loved one in Kizunami is an AI reflection based on what you provided, not the person themselves.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete a single message, clear a chat, or delete a loved one at any time in the app. To delete everything, open My Space → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, chats, loved ones and plan data from our servers. Data on your device is removed when you delete the account or uninstall the app.

Children

Kizunami is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will help.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
