Delete your Kizunami account

You can permanently delete your Kizunami account and its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open Kizunami.
Tap My Space (bottom bar, or the side bar on tablets).
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Tap Delete permanently to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email naylinndev@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Kizunami account". Send it from the email address you signed in with (Apple or Google), or tell us that address. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.

If you never signed in with Apple or Google (guest use), your account is tied to that device, so we can't identify it by email. Please use Option 1 on that device before uninstalling.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in identity
All conversations with companions and loved ones, including voice-message transcripts
Loved ones and companions you created, with their photos, memories and sample messages
What companions remember about you, scheduled messages and reminders
Your name, timezone, notification settings and push tokens
Points, free-trial and daily usage records

Voice notes and photos stored on your phone are removed from the device when you delete in the app, or when you uninstall.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records (product, date, store transaction ID) are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, up to 7 years. They contain no chat content.
Anonymous analytics and advertising data collected by Google Firebase and AdMob are handled under Google's retention policies and are not linked to your deleted account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Kizunami Premium subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or App Store settings on iPhone) so you aren't charged again.
