By using Kizunami you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Kizunami lets you chat with AI companions and create private AI "loved ones" from messages and memories you provide. All characters are simulated by AI. They are not real people, and a loved one is an AI reflection, not the person themselves.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Kizunami, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the messages, screenshots, photos and notes you provide. You give us permission to process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Only upload content you have the right to use. When you upload conversations with another person, make sure you are comfortable sharing them and respect their privacy.
- Do not use Kizunami to impersonate a living person in order to deceive others, or to create content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.
Kizunami Premium
- Kizunami Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- Premium removes ads and includes a larger daily allowance of messages and voice replies, subject to fair use. Benefits may change; we will tell you in advance about significant changes.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your Kizunami account does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial, points and ads
We may offer a free trial with daily limits, points that can be earned through daily rewards or by watching ads, and ads in the app. Limits, prices and rewards can change. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire or be removed if abused.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service, its limits or its rewards, or access other people's data. We may suspend or end access for violations.
Ending your account
You can stop using Kizunami at any time and delete your account in My Space → Delete account.
Disclaimers
Kizunami is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from AI-generated content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
